Jones Mortgage Solutions respects your right to privacy. We only collect information required in order to obtain a pre-approval and/or mortgage financing. This information includes, but is not limited to your name, residence address, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number and social security number. If you choose to apply for a loan we may ask you to supply financial information such as income history, amount and type of assets, liabilities, and marital status.

Jones Mortgage Solutions may share your information with certain lenders in order to make a lending decision. Service providers are, but not limited to the following: appraisal companies, credit agencies, title companies, flood and hazard companies, investors and mortgage insurance companies. Credit Consent

In connection with your application for a mortgage loan, you hereby authorize us (the Broker or any subsequent Lender/Investor who is processing your application for a mortgage loan) to order a consumer credit report and obtain and verify information regarding your personal and financial background. This credit check will be performed with one or more credit bureaus, and the report we receive may include, but is not limited to, your marital status, number of dependents, social security number verification, current and past employers, current deposit accounts, current and past consumer credit accounts, current and past residences, and your mortgage and/or rental history. There may be a cost associated with the performance of this credit check, and you understand that credit inquiries have the potential to impact your credit score. You further authorize us to verify your past and present employment earnings records, bank accounts, stock holdings, any asset balances and any other information deemed necessary to process your mortgage loan application. The information received will only be used to process your application for a mortgage loan. If any adverse action is taken based on the consumer credit report, you will have an opportunity to receive a copy of the report. This consent will be valid for a period of 180 days from the date hereof.


By creating an account or submitting a loan application you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You also expressly consent to participate electronically in all aspects of the transaction and all activities on the platform, including the use of electronic records and signatures, rather than submitting and receiving documents in paper form. You acknowledge that you are not required to create an account or apply for a loan through our platform, ARIVE and you agree to conduct the transaction electronically as a convenience to you and the other parties involved.

You understand that ARIVE will not provide paper copies of any communications or other documentation relating to your application or your loan. If state or federal law requires documents to be provided to you in paper form or if you otherwise wish to receive a paper copy, you may contact the broker or lender you are working with to receive a copy, and they will inform you if any fee will be charged for such copy. In addition, if state or federal law provides you the right to withdraw your consent to conduct the transaction electronically, you may withdraw your consent by sending written notice to your broker and lender at their address of record, and you understand that withdrawal of your consent may delay or prevent completion of your mortgage loan.

You hereby confirm that you have Internet access, web browser access, and the ability to access, download, and print or store all disclosures and other documentation relating to your loan application in pdf format and other generally-available image and text formats. In order that you may continue to be contacted electronically, you agree to promptly notify your broker and lender of any change in your email address and phone number at their address of record. You agree to proactively monitor your loan application and to stay apprised of the process and important deadlines, and you acknowledge that you may contact your broker or lender with questions regarding your loan application or status. Neither ARIVE, nor any of our brokers, lenders or other parties will be responsible or liable for the failure of delivery of any electronic notices, documents or other communications relating to your loan application, whether as a result of settings or malfunctions in any computer, browser, Internet service, calendaring application, other software or hardware issues, or otherwise.
